Enjoy fresh air at the historic Miles Canyon, Fish Ladder other best-kept secret places of our wilderness city. Your local guide will provide you with plenty of information and understanding why this place is so special. You will find out how spread out the town really is and how it covers much more than what is in the valley. The tour will get you ‘out’ of the downtown! You will know where everything is and can take some of your own leisure time to stroll around the corner to one of the historical sites, the boutique stores, the local favorite watering holes and dining or a special event that may be happening on the waterfront or parks. Plenty of facts, fiction and entertaining stories to go along with the drive and maybe a pullover to see the odd sighting of possibly one of Whitehorse ‘s micro celebrities. Northerners have attitude which means local politics, industry and why it is the land of opportunity will definitely be part of the chat. All levels welcome. Please bring light jacket, camera and sturdy footwear required uneven gravel dirt ground in places. Note there are stairs with 25 steps approx. and handrails to assist you.
