Why Us?

  • We are very passionate about this special place we call ‘The Yukon’
  • We understand you are travelling probably for the first time up here so want you to remember the Yukon by our affordable tour offerings. We really do care that you have a good time here and have stories to bring home.
  • We are professional, safe, and know how to create a relaxing, fun environment because we have been in business for a long time.
  • We think the Yukon’s mountains, waterways, wildlife, cultural and historical sites are to be shared in a very respectful and careful manner.
  • We care about the environment, our vans are eco-boost friendly and we believe in recycling or being sustainable in whatever we do to do our part.
  • Our staff sit on various committees and boards and we know what is happening – the news of the day, the history, the culture, the industries, the government of the day, the local faces and the stories behind the scenes.
  • Our team is made up of real deal Yukon women & men who have made a commitment to the sourdough life here in the Yukon and have their own real stories to share with you.

We take passenger and road safety very seriously.

Our fleet consists of Ford Transit Vans, and one GMC Van for trailer hauling. We are National Safety Code rated and US Doted to ensure we are regularly inspected and are safe to travel on our roadways.

Our drivers/guides are all professionally licensed and Yukon road experienced to ensure you are in good hands with them behind the wheel. Also, all our fleet is equipped with microphone headsets so guides can focus on driving while sharing their stories in a safe manner.

We go the extra mile with winter safety. All our vans are fully winterized, noticeably using quality studded tires for added traction on our ever changing road conditions. As well, shovels, sandbags (extra weight), extra winter gear and wool blankets are always on board.

When dealing with customers of any sort, we ensure the vans are fully maintained with current insurance and registration and equipped with satellite phones for longer distance travel when cell service is unavailable.

    Other safety items:

  • As per our policies, we watch the weather closely and will cancel/postpone tours if the road conditions are unfavorable.
  • All of our guides have up to date First Aid and CPR training.
  • We keep all of our business operating licenses and partnership memberships up to date to ensure we are in compliance.

We are 100% made in the Yukon!

We bring businesses visitors everyday any chance we stop… WWWTours shops local and supports local to ensure other northern businesses like ourselves survive, grow and prosper. We continue to recognize and try to do our part as an economic contributor for the tourism industry here in the Yukon…our community.

We are so happy that you are coming to the Yukon and we want you to have the best experiences possible, even if that’s not directly with us….we are very diverse and can do a lot, but we know we cannot do everything. Below are a few of the companies in the Yukon that we have worked with and would definitely recommend!

*Companies we love to share…..if you want some of our business with our visitors, or we can recommend you, please let us know, we would be happy to meet you and add you to our community page.

Who What Where Tours was created by Teena Dickson, a true Yukon Ambassador. She saw a real need to offer more authentic Yukon experiences lead by Yukoners, that is more affordable for all ages. In her words, “How are we promoting the Yukon as a world-class destination if we are going to continue to market ourselves and our products with visitor’s saying ‘the north is too expensive’ to visit? We lived that growing up and it is time to make it affordable for the visitor.”

Teena has always found time to actively volunteer with various Yukon tourism organizations and the community as a whole. She has a solid understanding why the North is a great place to live. Teena and her family live a very active lifestyle with their outfitting company. The outfitting industry is one of the first tourism experiences people traveled to the Yukon for back in the early 1900’s. Their company Dickson Outfitters Ltd. has been operating for over 100 years in the Yukon. Tourism is changing and it is important to our territory, Teena believes her understanding of ‘community needs’ and the balance of what we have to offer will assist with the continued interest to further develop the territory in a responsible manner, making it a truly first class destination with universal promotion to a number of diverse markets.

She has a way to motivate people and raise the energy anywhere she is, usually through her attitude with northern stories and humor. She is instinctively optimistic when it comes to your tour experience and will go above and beyond to make sure you are smiling and will see to it that you will want to come back to visit the ‘Yukon’.

Excellent tour, great guide!

We wanted to visit the Preserve wildlife park and WhoWhatWhere were happy to help at short notice. Harmony picked us up from our hotel and drove us to and then around the Preserve. Her local knowledge was amazing and she knew so much about the animals as well. We had a wonderful afternoon

Teena is a great communicator (she’ll book via text!), a flexible planner, and a knowledgeable guide. We loved our time with her and will absolutely be recommending her in the future. Thanks, Teena!

Lots of local knowledge!

One of the most striking things about the tours was the high level of experience-based local knowledge; not only about what we were seeing but also about what life is really like in the Canadian North. Teena shared a great deal of her local awareness and pride in her region.
