How does the pricing work?
The pricing for custom events is just that – custom. It depends on the distance travelled, activities planned, idle wait-times, whether food & snacks are required, and then also per person in most cases.
We will of course include preferred guest pricing for large groups or multi-tour bookings!

What are your limitations?
We pride ourselves in being very flexible and versatile, however we do have to work within the confinements of staffing and van availability. If we are fully booked up for your available time, we will 100% recommend other fantastic companies in the area that may also be able to assist.

Can you take custom or private tours on short notice?
We do our best and try to find a solution. It’s rare that we can’t help out as we can start early morning or go late into the evening if required to go that extra mile just for you. The long daylight hours in the summer definitely helps with this.
